Welcome to France!
This is a very small representation of the (660+) photos I took on this trip.

It was fabulous. There's so much to say about this trip, sooo many great memories, ... but, only because I have other things I need to get to, here's just a quick bullet pointed list about the pix below. I hope you enjoy them, and feel like you've been on this fabulous tour, even a little bit, with me.
- This was a "girls trip"and I was invited by my dear friend Greta--which was such an honor! I had met the organizer/host (Chrissy) only twice prior, and all the other women were soon to be great gifts in my life!
- Greta and I flew from SLC to Paris, then took a train to Avignon where we spent the night. We had been up over 24 hours... or maybe 48... we were tired! It was two flights and then two trains (because we missed our Avignon stop, the first time. This, however, allowed us to meet wonderful people!)
- The next day we all met at the train station and our hostess Chrissy took us in Ernestine (the Mercedes Benz van) on a great drive one hour north east to Brignon...a little medieval town where we stayed for one week. It was fabulous!
- We had gourmet meals prepared by a world-class chef, Zoe, and Chrissy (also world class!)
- Every day there was an opportunity to stay at the house (and pool) or go on an excursion (Uzès, Arles, Pont du Gard,...)
- Every night many of us wandered through the town (wine in hand) and met the local cats. One followed us home a few nights.
- After the week in Provence, we parted ways. Some of the gals went to Nice, and other beachside locations, or to the mountains... Greta and I went to Paris.
- Our AirBnb was a five minute walk from Notre Dame and the design district of the Left Bank. It was fabulous. We tended to visit the same restaurant and shop and made friends. We saw an exhibit about Hilma af Klint at the Grand Palais. We saw cool plants, relaxed and wandered and had a delightful time in our little corner of Paris.
- Then we flew home!
